This is a newly created role established to support the development and long‑term success of a transformational new campus in Northwest Arkansas designed to redefine how care is delivered in the heartland of America.
This is a hybrid position with regular on-site expectations. Position Details:
Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other APP roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand clinical staffing needs and workforce trends
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and mission‑aligned talent
- Deliver a seamless, personalized candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Partner closely with provider leadership, HR, and credentialing teams to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions
- Leverage data and market insights to drive recruitment strategies and improve outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 + years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment (APP recruitment strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strength in sourcing, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities
- Passion for supporting clinical teams who deliver care with excellence and compassion
