We have a BCBA on site
Potential for practicum supervision

Monthly department meetings with department leadership Position Details:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field. 
      • Preferred: Pursuing a master's degree in ABA. 
  • Certification:
    • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or obtain certification within 90 days of start date.
      • If obtaining a RBT certification within 90-days of start date, must complete and obtain completion certificate for Autism Partnership's 40-hour RBT Training Course prior to start date.  
  • Experience:
    • Foundational knowledge of child development and applied behavior analysis (ABA), and at least 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities and/or children.
    • Skilled in utilizing de-escalation strategies with patients, has experience with Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching, is proficient with online data collection systems
  •  Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of positions and postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching overhead) for extended periods of time.
    • Must be willing and able to implement crisis intervention strategies for patients after training.
    • Must be able to utilize quick body movements while working with patients.
    • Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs.
