**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Present and recommend menu items, answer questions about menu items, and make suggestions based on guests' preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders from patrons using a POS system.
- Deliver orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all items are served according to quality standards.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs by responding to all requests efficiently.
- Process payments and provide guests with an accurate check.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables, chairs, and floor.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for daily operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
