Shift/Hours/Location: M-F, 8am-5pm, Onsite/Hybrid, Milwaukie, Oregon location or Mesa, Arizona location

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Maintain current accounts and promote products to customers, market segments, events (strategic account management analysis of our customers).
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with existing and new products.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all account matters and queries on assigned accounts.
  • Communicate the progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop high level technical knowledge of product lines.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions which match customer's needs and meet objectives.
  • Performs other related duties as directed as this list is not all inclusive.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA in business administration or BS in chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • Experience in technical account management.
  • 3-5 years of account manager experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Work as a team and/or independently.
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

PPREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prefer 3 years previous experience in either the semiconductor market OR some other technical chemical field dealing directly with customers. Experience selling chemicals to the electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics a Plus.

Summary pay range: $68K-$115.9K

WORKING CONDITIONS

Duties are generally performed indoors in an office and high purity manufacturing environment. The noise level in the manufacturing work environment is occasionally loud. Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe. Examples of devices that may not be intrinsically safe include Insulin Pumps, Pacemakers, Pain Management devices, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
