Mount Sinai Doctors Carle Place is building a brand new facility in Carle Place, NY.
This new site will be a multi-specialty practice in a diverse community with great restaurants and easy access to Manhattan! The successful candidate will split time between this new facility in Carle Place and at an existing facility in Manhasset. Mount Sinai Doctors Manhasset is a state-of-the-art center multi-specialty practice. Both facilities will be bringing together skilled physicians and the expertise of one of the world's leading academic medical centers.
The chosen candidate will become part of this newly established multi-specialty team. While working in conjunction with PCPs and specialists, as well as administrative staff members, the ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System.
Position Description:
- Full-time General Cardiologist splitting 50% of their time in Carle Place, NY and 50% of their time in Manhasset, NY.
- Will work with a variety of specialties including primary care, specialty care, women's health services (OB/GYN), endocrinology and more
- Serve a diverse population and live in a highly desirable neighborhood with excellent school districts
- Practice has a close affiliation with Mount Sinai Heart and world-class tertiary/quaternary cardiac and surgical care
- All outpatient
- Support staff: Medical assistants and techs (nuclear, lab, echo, radiology)
- No teaching, research, or administrative responsibilities
- Good quality of life

- Compensation range from 325K to 500K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
Position Qualifications:
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine is a plus
- Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
