We are seeking professional and reliable Industrial Security Guards to support safety and security operations at our industrial site. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in high-compliance environments.
We are looking for full-time/part-time/casual security officers for a 7-month security coverage with potential of further employment (December 2025 to July 2026)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining strict control of all access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility.
- Verifying access cards carefully and deny entry to unauthorized individuals while maintaining professionalism
- Conducting regular patrols of the entire site to monitor for hazards, unauthorized activity, or security breaches
- Staying highly vigilant and alert at all times, anticipating potential risks and responding proactively
- Opening and closing access gates promptly, ensuring smooth operations without compromising security
- Escorting contractors, workers, and visitors safely within the facility, following all security protocols
- Responding immediately to access-related issues, incidents, or emergencies, maintaining composure and authority
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience as a guard
- Valid BC Security License
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
