Sales Rep Job Responsibilities

As a sales representative, you are the primary driver of our market expansion. This Account Executive sales position is designed for highly motivated sales professionals who want to thrive in fast-paced B2B sales and SaaS sales environments. You will lead the charge in introducing our industry-leading HR software to businesses that need it most.

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal. No handoffs, no excuses.
  • Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them exactly how Paycom solves their biggest HR headaches.
  • Top-performing sales reps build and manage pipelines through relentless prospecting, strategic networking and disciplined follow-through.
  • Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B sales strategy. We'll provide industry-leading training. You bring the drive to win.
  • Travel required — includes overnight travel.


Qualifications

MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (business or professional selling preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
  • Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels

Pay Transparency Statement

This position has a salary of $100,000 per annum, consisting of $80,000 base pay and $20,000 supplemental pay with an additional uncapped commission plan. Paycom provides health insurance to employees at an employee cost of $1 per pay period; a 401(k) plan with company match; available flexible spending accounts; $50,000 basic life and AD&D; paid vacation, holidays and sick leave; employee stock purchase plan; paid family leave, and many other benefits.
