The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.   Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • 18-bed unit; multidisciplinary dedicated to high acuity
  • Types of patients: cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, trauma
  • Procedures Performed:  cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery including, ICP monitoring and craniotomies, trauma surgery, and advanced services/devises including extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), Ventricular Assist Devices, IABP, continuous renal replacement therapy, targeted temperature management therapy, and other critical care levels of services.

 Education Required and/or Preferred:

  • Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
  • BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
  • Tuition Reimbursement Program ($5,250/calendar year)
  • Student Loan Assistance

 

Licensure/Certification:
  • Current Registered Nurse License in New Hampshire or compact state
  • BLS
  • ACLS preferred
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
