Returns Coordinator

Location: Chanhassen, MN, US, 55317

 A Returns Coordinator is responsible for managing the process of handling non-conforming material, ensuring efficient processing and resolution. This includes customer returns and power systems line rejects. This role coordinates internal teams, customers and vendors.

 

Essential Job Functions  

  • Communicate and Coordinate: Lead resolution of complex challenges and provide clear updates to the larger team

  • Returns from customers: Manage the receipt, inspection and forwarding of returned material, ensuring timely processing and effective communication

  • Returns to vendors: Initiate and pursue returns to vendors, following their policies and ensuring timely processing and effective communication

  • Remote Location Support: Train and audit off-site returns processing at branch locations

  • Line rejects: Process material rejected from on-site build centers

  • ECN Coordinating: Support ECN completion, audit bills of material and post completed records

  • Compliance Reporting: Coordinate material compliance and tariff reporting between customers and vendors

  • Warehouse Support: Support warehouse functions as needed including cycle counts, picking and receiving

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS               

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or returns processing.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities to manage stakeholder relationships

  • Proficiency with ERP and Quality Management Systems

  • Eligibility to work in the US

Desired characteristics:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in root cause analysis

  • Fluid Power experience

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting or moving inventory, depending on the role
