Key Responsibilities
Technical Services: Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments (e.g. relaxers, perms).
Client Consultation: Analyze hair/skin type to recommend appropriate services and products.
Salon Sanitation: Maintain tolls and work areas according to state board health and safety standards.
Client Experience: Greet clients, manage bookings, and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
Administration: Manage appointment schedules and maintain client records.
Licensure: Valid state cosmetology or operator license is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern cutting and coloring techniques.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build a loyal client base.
