Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that's work worth doing.   Field & Partner Marketing  Specialist Why We Have This Role   We are seeking a LATAM Field Marketing Specialist to join our Global Field and Demand Gen Marketing Team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing strategies to support sales objectives and drive pipeline growth. This role serves as an important contributor, supporting localized campaigns, events, and programs that engage target audiences and generate qualified leads. Our goal is to drive high-quality pipeline, deal acceleration, and conversion, and bottom-line results tied to revenue for and with the sales team. How You'll Find Success

  • Articulate Communicator: You provide timely updates on execution status, flag potential issues, and maintain clear, positive communication with internal partners, primarily focused on execution details
  • Program Impact: You effectively execute the defined pre- and post-program engagement strategy, ensuring timely follow-up and data capture to help maximize pipeline outcomes
  • Streamlined Lead Flow: You support the seamless lead flow management from field marketing programs and events into marketing automation systems and to sales team stakeholders to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: You excel in supporting multifaceted events and programs simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management abilities and ensuring all program assets adhere to brand guidelines while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Data Driven: You are proficient in utilizing tools like Salesforce (SFDC) to assist with regular, data-informed discussions with sales leadership around program performance.
  • Budget Management: You assist with tracking the allocated marketing budget with a cost-conscious approach, ensuring effective reconciliation and helping to maximize ROI across all field marketing initiatives.

Things You'll Do
  • Support the planning and execution of LATAM field and partner marketing initiatives in close partnership with the Head of LATAM Field & Partner Marketing, sales, and channel stakeholders.
  • Execute end-to-end field and partner marketing programs across LATAM, including in-person events, webinars, partner co-marketing activations, and localized campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deals, while assisting with end-to-end initiatives to generate qualified leads and support the conversion or acceleration of targeted accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, SDRs, Marketing Operations, and Integrated Marketing Managers) to ensure proper audience targeting, timely execution, and strong pre- and post-program follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate lead capture, routing, and follow-up from field marketing and partner programs into Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Monitor program performance, including leads, pipeline influenced, and conversion metrics, and support regular reporting and analysis.
  • Process invoices, contracts, and expense reports accurately and on time, supporting effective budget tracking and reconciliation across multiple initiatives.
  • Support regional execution across LATAM markets, adapting programs as needed based on market maturity, language, and sales priorities.
What We'll Look For
  • 3+ years of experience assisting with event management, including experience with field marketing events.
  • Experience supporting other field programs beyond physical events.
  • Experience working with a direct sales team, sales development teams (SDRs), and other cross-functional partners.
  • Experience assisting with budget tracking and reconciliation across an event series.
  • Experience supporting pipeline building responsibility.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, and marketing automation platforms (building emails, lists, and landing pages).
  • Must be metrics-driven.
