Things You'll Do
- Prospect and close new commercial customers across Australia and New Zealand, driving new logo acquisition
- Expand product adoption and use cases within existing accounts, converting pilots into recurring SaaS and data subscriptions
- Partner with XM Account Executives to position Market Research as the gateway to a larger Qualtrics footprint
- Compete effectively against agencies, panel providers, and legacy research platforms by clearly articulating MR's value proposition
- Tailor sales messaging to address customer-specific business challenges and highlight AI-driven advantages
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and feedback integration
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or commercial customers, preferably with exposure to insights, market research, or related fields
- Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and growing existing customer accounts
- Ability to translate technical concepts such as AI and synthetic data into clear business value for diverse buyer personas
- History of landing and expanding logos through consultative sales approaches
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving sales environment with a focus on outcomes over activity metrics
