Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our B2B marketing strategies across our key verticals, including media, banking financial services, retail, and fast-growing technology sectors.

ResultsCX is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to define and execute our marketing and communication activities, aligning with our strategic marketing plan. This role requires coordination across all marketing activities to maximize lead generation and collaboration with industry partners to enhance our service offerings.

In this role you will:
  • Develop and implement a detailed marketing and communication plan in line with the company's broader objectives.

  • Efficiently coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Partner with industry peers to bolster our offerings and increase market reach.
  • Engage clients and prospects with dynamic and creative marketing strategies that clearly communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and report ROI
  • Plan and execute a calendar of events, including conferences, webinars, and customer events, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Experience in market research and customer insights.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in retail, media, fast growth technology or the BPO space is a plus.
  • Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
