Position Overview

As a strategic advisor to the business, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) serves as the primary link between workforce planning and hiring execution. You will partner with business leaders, department heads, and HR to translate workforce requirements into actionable, market-informed hiring strategies that strengthen operational performance and enable sustainable business growth. In this role, you ensure that talent priorities, headcount plans, and capability needs are fully aligned with the company's strategic direction.

You will lead demand planning, provide market intelligence, and drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure hiring outcomes are predictable, timely, and fit-for-purpose across the Philippines. As the owner of hiring strategy for your portfolio, you will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, set direction for funnel performance, and orchestrate delivery through TA Delivery Partners, Sourcers, and Employer Branding/Operations teams. Ultimately, you are accountable for ensuring Talent Acquisition operates as a true business partner—advising leaders, mitigating risks, and enabling the organization to meet its growth and performance goals.

In this role you will:

Workforce Planning & Demand Strategy

  • Align workforce plans with business growth, attrition trends, and local labor market conditions across the Philippines.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast headcount, skills requirements, and budget considerations.
  • Translate workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies-including build/buy/borrow models, location optimization, sourcing channels, and hiring timelines.

Stakeholder Leadership & Strategic Advisory

  • Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition advisor for Director–VP level business leaders.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, role architecture, leveling, and hiring trade-offs (speed vs. quality vs. cost)
  • Lead intake discussions, success profile calibration, and alignment on assessment standards to ensure clarity and hiring readiness

Hiring Strategy, Governance, and Compliance

  • Develop hiring roadmaps that incorporate diversity goals, talent pools, sourcing mix and assessment frameworks.
  • Drive governance rhythms such as QBRs, funnel reviews, and hiring retrospectives to ensure performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, Data Privacy Act requirements, and company policies; partner with Legal/ER for risk mitigation.

Market Intelligence & Location Strategy

  • Deliver insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity, and labor market shifts.
  • Advise on the best locations to hire and provide data-driven strategies for hard-to-fill or competitive roles.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Partner with Employer Branding to activate campaigns for priority hiring segments.
  • Champion a seamless candidate experience by identifying process bottlenecks and driving timely resolution.Orchestration of TA Delivery
  • Set strategic priorities and SLAs with TA Delivery Partners; allocate requisitions and manage trade-offs across portfolios.
  • Monitor funnel health, address barriers to closure, and ensure timely delivery of headcount commitments through coordination with Sourcers and Operations/EB teams.
We are looking for someone who has:

Experience & Educational Background

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, or related people functions, with at least 3+ years in a strategic, client-facing, or advisory capacity.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple business units or multi-site operations across NCR and provincial locations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, wage orders, regulatory compliance, and local market dynamics.

Leadership & Strategic Competencies

  • Business acumen and executive presence with the ability to influence Directors to VP level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and advisory capability, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and talent trade-off decisioning.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, change management, and shaping workforce strategies aligned to business goals.
  • High comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving, and making data-backed recommendations.

Analytical & Market Intelligence Skills

  • Strong analytical capability, including data storytelling, funnel diagnostics, hiring forecasting, and market intelligence interpretation.
  • Expertise in developing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor trends, and location strategy.
  • Fluency in DEI hiring principles and integrating inclusive practices into talent strategies.

Talent Acquisition & Operational Expertise

  • Familiarity with employer branding, sourcing strategy, assessment frameworks, and end-to-end TA operations.
  • Experience running governance mechanisms such as QBRs, pipeline reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to orchestrate delivery across TA teams, including Recruiters, Sourcers, Employer Branding, and TA Operations.

Technical & Tools Proficiency

  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Avature).
  • Experience using talent intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, labor market data).
  • Familiarity with assessment and interview platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Modern Hire, HireVue).
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics and collaboration tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
