Position Overview

In this position, you will ensure all tax compliance requirements are adhered to at the local, state, and federal level, support tax-related requirements pertaining to annual audit, and assist with ongoing process development & documentation in the United States. 

In this role, you will be:

Work closely with internal departments, such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, and AP, to ensure all documentation is prepared, filed, and paid before the required deadline.

· Work closely with external consultants to assist with any filing requirements to ensure timely submission.

· Organize and maintain the US compliance tracker to ensure timing and population is within purview.

· Drive to completion all statutory filings, including by not limited to; Personal Property Taxes, Franchise taxes, Business licenses, Corporate withholding taxes, corporate income taxes & Unemployment Insurance taxes.

· Ensure compliance adherence to all seven (7) US legal entities, including: The Results Companies LLC, Corporate Call Center, Inc., DeviceBits, Inc., DeviceBits LLC, Results Customer Solutions LLC, USA800 LLC, and TLK Group Holdings, LLC.

o Assist with required documentation preparation and submission for merging activities as several of these entities have been merged effective December 31, 2024.

· Follow ResultsCX internal policies and procedures to ensure signatures and payments are in accordance with the authority matrix.

· Complete ad-hoc projects as required

We are looking for someone who has:

Bachelor's degree in a Finance or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience working in the tax compliance field.

o United States tax compliance required.

o BPO tax compliance preferred.

· Fluent in English and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business processes, corporate policies, and regulations.

· Ability to write reports, business correspondence and process manuals.

· Ability to present information and respond to questions from peers and colleagues.

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
