Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for OD initiatives, including change management, training materials, and workplace programs.
- Provide logistical and administrative support at local conferences and events.
- Assist with performance management processes, reporting, inbox management, and development of tools and improvements.
- Support relocation processes, including tracking and reconciliations.
- Coordinate training events and programs, including logistics, registrations, communications, and event set-up.
- Manage system tasks in our Learning Management System, including reporting, troubleshooting, communications, and eLearning distribution
- Assist with recruitment activities, including career fairs and related hiring initiatives.
