We are committed to being responsible stewards of our resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective care for all. # Position Summary: This role supports a positive work environment at RVCC by developing programs that help clinicians transition, retain, and connect. Responsibilities include managing mentorship initiatives, providing training, and assisting leadership teams. Professionalism, confidentiality, and safety compliance are essential. Key Responsibilities: Support clinicians in their transition to RVCC Encourage clinician retention and satisfaction in their workplace Assist with building community and connections among clinicians. This will include, but not limited to, the development and oversight of a clinician Mentoring Program, and the District Rep initiative. Assist in tracking the effectiveness and satisfaction of programs/initiatives. Attend the School-Based Leadership meetings when the meeting agenda Assist the School-Based Leadership team with tasks as assigned. # Qualifications: Required: Master#s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, and eligible for state licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children/adolescents in a clinical role (1 of which must be in schools), 3 years of experience collaborating with community organizations/programs and schools; strong organizational skills, initiative taking, and relationship building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective management and planning skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to work within deadlines; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession all required. # What We Offer: A supportive, mission-driven work environment # Opportunities for professional development and continuing education # Competitive benefits package # Collaboration with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team # The chance to make a real difference in our communities# # Summary of Benefits: Salary Range: $56,000 - $66,000 annually Based on years of experience, level of education, specialty and licensure/certifications. Additional Compensation for advanced education for qualifying positions.
