Summary

Join RNDC's Human Resources team as a HR Shared Services Representative and be at the forefront of providing exceptional support to our associates and external customers. In this role, you'll tackle challenging and interesting tasks, resolving complex HR issues with finesse, while contributing to the smooth functioning of our HR operations.

In this role, you will
  • Utilize your expertise to address queries and issues promptly through telephone or email support, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
  • Apply fundamental HR knowledge to research and resolve detailed and complex issues that may not be resolved during initial contact, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve inquiries, triaging more complex questions effectively.
  • Educate associates on company practices and tools, including HR management, learning, and timekeeping systems, contributing to their understanding and engagement.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to HR-related questions, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Support various HR cyclical processes, including compensation, talent management, annual government reports, and other projects, adding value to our HR operations.
  • Perform regular audits of the HR management system to ensure data integrity, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of our HR information.
  • Assist with data entry into the HR management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date associate records and position management.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process by assisting in the training of new HR Shared Service Representatives on HRSS responsibilities.
  • Develop and generate reports based on specific requirements from different departments, showcasing your ability to provide valuable insights through data.
     
What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in HR, Business, or related field 
  • Working Customer Service experience is required
  • 1-3 years relative experience working in Human Resources preferred
  • Working experience in HR systems is preferred

  • Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry 
  • 1-3 years relative experience working in Human Resources
