Regular Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Department: Human Resources Management Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: Assists Talent Management and the larger Human Resources Department with all levels of recruitment at Roswell Park. Identifies hiring requirements while also designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating active recruitment solutions to meet identified needs across Roswell Park, which includes the tracking of information in talent management software, positing positions, assessing qualifications, reviewing all recruitment and hiring documentation, and initiating and extending offers. Serves as a resource and point of contact to prospective applicants, candidates, hiring managers and departments, new hires, and current/former employees for all recruitment needs. Helps facilitate and manage the scheduling and interview visits for candidates receiving an interview, when applicable. Assists the Talent Management team in implementing initiatives, managing processes, and internal stakeholder support. Assists other Talent Management and HR team members with various day-to-day functions as needed and ensure back-up coverage is managed effectively across the Talent Management team should another Recruiter be out of the office. Responsible for higher-level administrative duties such as data collection and entry, evaluation and testing, and data auditing, reporting, and data use to improve recruitment and talent processes. Helps manage highly sensitive candidate and employee records to positively impact Roswell Park's employees and departments. Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have previous experience with Workday, Healthcare Recruitment and previous Human Resources experience.
