RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School are currently seeking a Chief of the Division of Neuromuscular Disorders for employment in New Brunswick, NJ. The Chief will be responsible for supervising division faculty, as well as participating in administrative and educational activities of the Department including lecturing students and residents, and supervision of the resident clinic. New staff will also participate in the clinical care of patients with neurological disorders in the sub-specialty of Neuromuscular Disorders as needed. The Chief of the Division of Neuromuscular Disorders will also oversee programs such as the MDA-designated ALS Center of Excellence and function as the Chief of the Electromyograoghy (EMG) Laboratory at RWJBH-NB.
The Division of Neurology includes nationally and internationally recognized faculty with a proud record of productivity in clinical and translational research and excellent regional and national reputations as a clinical referral target. Candidate requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology
- Licensed in NJ or eligible for NJ licensure
- Strong interest in clinical research and teaching
