Position Description

The Employee Services Data Administration Supervisor is responsible for maintaining Workday process based on strategic and functional needs. This includes overseeing a team responsible for employee data management and administration, its day-to-day operations, as well as security processing, ad-hoc reporting, data integrity, testing, data integration / interfaces.

  • Experience in HR and/or HRIS is a MUST for this role
  • Transactional role
  • Know Service Now/Workday
  • SOP in place & be responsible for continuous process improvements
  • Work in Call Center type of envrionment- Monitor que for fair workload
  • Supervise around 15-20 HR Transactional Employees


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field
  • Four (4) years or more experience in processing HR transactions and overall data management and administration
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (i.e. Call Center Manager, Knowledge Manager, and Employee Services Operations Manager
  • An understanding of Workday database solutions and experience supporting database solutions (advanced level)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday modules and /or Software as a Service (SaaS) tools (advanced level)
  • Implementation and support experience for Workday (advanced level)


Responsibilities

  • Work with all areas of HR to evaluate business processes and recommends system design changes and upgrades based on efficiency of current system and user needs
  • Provide training, mentorship, guidance, support and performance feedback to direct reports (Tier 1 and Tier 2 Data Admin. Reps)
  • Identify continuous process improvements across HR by leveraging technology or redesigning business processes
  • Monitor dashboards (i.e. unassigned cases, cases by HR service, cases at risk of missing SLA targets, action steps based on metrics). Provide hourly / weekly/daily status updates, and monitors customer satisfaction score to ensure it remains within the threshold (UL / LL)
  • Provide project leadership and interacts with all levels of the HR and IT organization
  • Lead the data administration team to drive continuous improvements of day to day operations
  • Conduct ongoing review of operations documentation (desktop scripts), and working with Knowledge Manager to ensure production updates are made
  • Performs other duties as assigned
