*Temporary Position*
SUMMARY
This position will assist the payroll tax team in daily and weekly responsibilities. Perform weekly system audits in the payroll system to ensure system setup is correct. Complete administrative tasks from incoming mail to monthly reporting of wages to printing and mailing of documents as assigned. Communicate with payroll team of any issues that may require additional research and corrections. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills adhering to payroll tax deadlines. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Verify system setup is correct by conducting weekly audits.
Review and sort incoming mail and ensure each piece is forwarded to the correct department.
Complete quarterly responsibilities by the assigned deadline.
Perform file uploads into ADP system and follow up with representative concerning important notices and tickets.
Oversee the input of tax exemption setting for special visa employees.
Assist with the processing and inputting of garnishments and levies in payroll system.
Print and mail all W-2 requests after verification of employee is complete.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
H.S. diploma/GED or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year or more experience related experience

Compensation Information :
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
