About the Role

This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and acceptance, and the completion of all hiring and onboarding administrative processes for new employees.

This is a full-time remote position and requires 2 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Type: Full Time

Wage: $60,000 - $63,000 Annual Salary Based on Experience

Location: Remote, ON

Bilingual - French/English Preferred

Essential Functions

  • Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
  • Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting recruitment
  • Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
  • Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
  • 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
