We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented data analyst developer to join our team. The role will focus on converting business and client reporting requirements into user friendly, interactive, and easy-to-understand reports & dashboards, connecting to desktop, SharePoint, and other data sources. Use Power BI and other tools to monitor program performance across the program. Create dashboards to clearly and accurately report on program performance and continually evolve the reporting across the program to meet needs as performance needs evolve. Collaborate with Task Order Mangers and program stake holders to develop dashboards and reporting including data from Service Now.
Core responsibilities and duties; highlight day-to-day activities:
- Provides medium for SLA reporting and analyses and verifies reported SLAs.
- Create new reporting for KPIs and create dashboards to monitor performance
- Performs quality assurance on all content
- Develops and maintains all database functions
Qualifications
Top Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in design using SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
- Must have experience in problem management, to include quality assurance and SLA analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts effectively.
- Ability to design and maintain program dashboards collecting and synthesizing data from various sources to present program performance clearly and succinctly
- Ability to work collaboratively across program teams to develop and maintain program reporting
Note: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and the ability to obtain a public trust
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
