SAIC is seeking a results-driven Operations Research Analyst in California, MD.
Job Duties:
- Apply mathematical modeling, data science techniques, and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
- Develop appropriate methodologies, frameworks, and approaches to address Division objectives and drive the organization toward results.
- Reinforce the organization's strategic information sharing objectives, and achieve an environment supporting net-centricity, data sharing, and collaboration.
- This position will be located in the Patuxent River, MD general region.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and zero (0) years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Security Clearance:
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
Required Skills:
- Detailed experience applying data science techniques for decision support is required.
- Experience collecting, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting data to support acquisition strategies is required.
- Experience working in a dynamic team environment is required
- Experience with Navy acquisition and resource planning is desired.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
