SAIC is seeking a Program Management Team Manager to fill two positions supporting the integration and testing of Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) surface communication racks.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful delivery of multiple C5ISR surface projects and/or task orders
- Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements.
- Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership.
- Support business development activities
- Possesses maturing leadership and management skills that require periodic mentoring and feedback from supervisors. Escalates and resolves minor program issues. Provides input on performance reviews, compensation-related actions, and staffing and hiring recommendations. Resolves minor personnel issues in coordination with PM, HR, and Program Oversight.
- Contributes to a BD plan to protect current program. Assists in forming re-compete capture strategy. Identifies opportunity-buying influences. Identifies possible investment areas by providing repeatable and differentiated offerings and capabilities used in the current account
- Support Stakeholder engagement as a point of contact for several Navy surface ship projects
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- BS degree with a Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) certificate or BS degree with a certificate in IT Networking.
Experience
- 10 years of related experience to include:
- Prior PM experience with proven success in surface projects to include financial planning and forecasting for surface CANES, or surface SATCOM and BRSE projects.
- Prior PM experience working across multiple program/project departments to include logistics, drafting & design, production, quality, and testing.
- Prior experience in creating ROMs and BOEs for naval surface rack integration efforts.
- Extensive knowledge of Navy surface racks and surface systems operations.
Security Clearance:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
Additional Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Navy ship rack drafting/design lead or previous experience as a production lead for surface racks highly desired and preferred.
