SAIC is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Hanahan, SC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Directly supervises individual contributors (skilled technicians, administrative support) and/or entry-level professionals. 
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
• Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
• Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees. 
• Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives.
• Develops and implements programs/processes to establish and maintain quality standards of products and services.  May also develop programs to focus employees on quality improvement.
• Develops policies, procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and recommend improvements.  May support the following areas: engineering, information technologies, business process improvement, etc.
• Maintain objective evidence to provide data for contract and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Objectively evaluate projects selected works to ensure it meets requirements. 
   

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Ability to read and interpret TDP and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to use common instruments such as digital multi-meters and calipers. 
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills including; technical, interpersonal, written, and verbal.
• Organization and Time Management Skills.

CLEARANCE:

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
