IV&V COOP Plan Development, OPSEC Training Program & CNSI Local Policy Updates: The Contractor shall provide support to the IV&V Program through a series of high-impact projects designed to strengthen institutional readiness, enhance security awareness, and ensure compliance with agency and federal requirements. This work will directly contribute to IV&V's mission assurance posture and align local policies with NASA's enterprise standards. 

Job Description: 

• Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Development: 
  • Lead the development of IV&V's updated Continuity of Operations Plan using the new NASA agency-wide template. 
  • Ensure the plan encompasses all IV&V functions, facilities, and personnel. 
  • Deliver a draft plan ready for leadership review and integration into IV&V's broader emergency preparedness framework. 
• Operations Security (OPSEC) Training Program: 
  • Develop and implement a new OPSEC training initiative in alignment with the National Security Presidential Memorandum. 
  • Provide updated guidance to ensure all IV&V personnel understand their responsibilities under mandatory OPSEC requirements. 
  • Support delivery of training to staff and assist in evaluating compliance and awareness outcomes. 
• Classified National Security Information (CNSI) Support: 
  • Participate in CNSI-related training to establish foundational knowledge. 
  • Review and update CNSI-related policies and procedures as directed by the Government. 
  • Ensure revisions align with current federal and agency standards while supporting operational needs.

Qualifications

Required Education: 

• Bachelors Degree and 0 years related experience.

Clearance: 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
