SAIC seeks a Data Management Analyst for the Ground-Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) contract in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

GMASS supports the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of five Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR), and one Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS). The ground-based radars are critical to US and Allied strategic missile warning, missile defense, and space domain awareness missions. In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager (PM), and the Chief Engineer (CE) SAIC is seeking a Data Management Analyst to perform critical data management functions using Microsoft Word, Confluence and JIRA.

Job Duties:

  • Ensures that Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)/Data Accession List (DAL) deliverables are actioned, tracked, and responded to within assigned deadlines per Form 1423 CDRL and PWS requirements.
  • Prepare, format, and edit CDRL deliveries with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot document templates and formatting issues with pdf and/or word documents.
  • Review all deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, while coordinating with GMASS internal teams to enhance CDRL/DAL review efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and five (5) years or more of related experience in data management specifically for missile warning or other national security space mission systems. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Highly organized and knowledgeable on document creation, technical edits, formatting, and grammar checking.
  • Strong knowledge of document formatting, grammar, and layout design.
  • Experience with CDRL/DAL management and knowledge of Mil-HDBK-61B, DoD 5010.12 and/or EIA-649-1 guiding principles.

Desired:

  • Experience sustaining UEWR, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of DoD documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of document formatting, grammar, and layout design using Microsoft word.
  • Knowledge with desktop editing.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
