SAIC is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to provide comprehensive program support to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO).
This position is full time on-site at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing status reports, assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Building, maintaining, and analyzing program content information to determine and carry out actions.
- Maintaining status and task tracking for R&E SAPCO business and user requirements and needs.
- Proactively recommending practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of assigned tasks, business processes to support the organization's mission, program execution, and security requirements solutions in line with all DoW SAP policies, directives, manuals, and associated guidance.
- Integrating with SAPCO Security team members to provide support and develop internal business processes to the R&E and DoW enterprise.
- Acting as liaison with subject matter experts and senior leadership within OUSW(R&E) and other components to staff and coordinate tasks/meetings.
- Retrieving, assembling, and organizing information to create reference material, records, and other office documents.
- Reviewing and proposing changes to program support information to ensure compliance with policies and directives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience.
- Relevant work experience in the DoW is strongly desired.
CLEARANCE:
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
REQUIRE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of the POM cycle, Defense Acquisition Processes, PPBE, CPMR/TMTR & JCIDS.
- Experience interacting with Senior level officials at the OSW level.
- Familiarity with Special Access security procedures.
- Knowledge of DoW correspondence procedures.
- Experience preparing packages for senior leadership and congressional engagements.
- Knowledge of OSW-level structure.
