We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, analytical Senior Talent Management Advisor to contribute to enterprise-wide talent solutions that elevate workforce transformation, culture, and capability. This role will report to the Director, Talent Management and work closely with stakeholders across HR and business functions to support data-driven storytelling for workforce transformation and talent initiatives informed by external best practices to build a more agile, high-performance organization. 

As a key member of the Talent COE, this provides a great opportunity for an analytical, systems-thinker who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about building high-performing organizations. 

Responsibilities: 

Talent Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze talent data from multiple sources, including HRIS platforms, talent assessments, performance management systems, engagement surveys, and exit data, to generate actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions
  • Develop and maintain talent dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with real-time visibility into key talent metrics, trends, and outcomes
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent initiatives through ongoing measurement and evaluation, making data-driven recommendations for program improvement, iteration, and innovation
  • Identify patterns and trends in talent data related to attrition, engagement, performance, succession readiness, and workforce demographics to proactively address risks and opportunities
  • Present talent analytics findings and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner
  • Leverage HR technology platforms, including talent analytics tools and HR information systems, to drive project execution, streamline processes, and enhance data integrity and accessibility

Project & Program Management — HR COE Talent Management Workstreams

  • Contribute to key workstreams within the HR COE Talent Management function
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for talent management programs, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers, developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, communication plans, and evaluation frameworks
  • Track and report on key program outcomes, budget utilization, and return on investment, providing regular status updates to HR leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across programs by incorporating stakeholder feedback, industry best practices, and lessons learned into program design and delivery

Organizational Effectiveness & Development

  • Support organizational effectiveness and development initiatives, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess organizational health, team dynamics, and capability gaps
  • Contribute to change management efforts associated with talent management and workforce transformation initiatives, developing stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and adoption frameworks

 

Qualifications

  • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.

  • Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into tools and action 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate effectively
  • Exposure to employee listening or engagement strategies (e.g., survey platforms, analysis, insights)  a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and highly collaborative environment
