SAIC is seeking a seasoned Program Integrator in Mclean, VA to offer comprehensive programmatic support for our government customer's SETA initiative aimed at validating a diverse portfolio of assets and associated support services. The role involves addressing requirements related to cyber/telecommunications networks (both ISP and cellular) and wireless/internet protocols. Responsibilities include the operation and shipment of technical equipment, conducting readiness testing for field deployment, and preparing various technical deliverables such as briefing slides and training materials. Additionally, the Program Integrator will train users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors in a STEM or related field and 17 years or more of relevant experience; Masters in a STEM or related field and 15 years relevant experience; PhD in a STEM or related field and 12 years or more of relevant experience. Significant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required to start and must be maintained
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology engineering, math (STEM)
- At least five years IC work experience in relevant technological areas
- Experience supporting a fast-paced customer environment and senior leadership, along with experience supporting operational elements and multiple customer offices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a team environment and across organization boundaries
- Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to elicit technical requirements and leverage partnerships
- Experience communicating requirements, project status updates, and deliverables between technical and non-technical audiences
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to accurately track spending, budgets, and account management/overview
- Collaborate on logistics and tracking of supplies and communicate with a variety of entities to meet quick-turnaround requirements
- Skilled with a variety of computer databases and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
