Description
JOB SCOPE:
As a Material Handler you will be a vital part of our distribution center operations. Utilizing your core skills in
packaging, order picking, and distribution/warehouse experience, you will be responsible for efficient order
fulfillment and accurate picking & packing. Skills include materials handling, RF scanner operation, and quality
control to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Join our team and play a key role in our distribution center's
success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following (but not limited to):
• Pick items by each or case to be packed and sent to shipping department
• Batch picking for multiple boxes and orders will occur together
• Must be able to meet department productivity KPI standards.
• Motivates others when change occurs to obtain positive results.
• Maintain work areas to ensure they are kept clean and free of debris.
• Cross train in the shipping department for additional coverage
• Other warehouse duties as needed
