A Day in the Life
As the Warehouse and Logistics Projects Manager in Laval, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping the future of our distribution network in Quebec. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage our current QC facilities while driving the strategic integration of new locations. This is a central role in our growth strategy, where you will lead critical infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Logistics Network Management: Oversee the efficient flow of goods across the supply chain, including warehousing and order fulfillment, to ensure high service levels and cost-effective operations in the QC region.
- Infrastructure & Layout Optimization: Lead the physical implementation of our new logistics and warehouse network, translating strategic designs into tangible operational setups that ensure optimal flow, capacity, and scalability.
- Operational Transition Management: Meticulously plan and execute the physical migration of inventory and processes between facilities, minimizing downtime and maintaining service excellence throughout the transition.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (IT, Procurement, Real Estate) and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced leader with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to operational challenges. You are a great fit if you have:
- Extensive experience in logistics, particularly in running warehousing operations and managing large-scale projects.
- A proven ability to lead infrastructure projects from conception through to completion.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in creating detailed plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Fluency in both English and French is required as the scope for this role is across Canada.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
