A Day in the Life
 As a Store Manager at SalonCentric in Montreal, you'll be at the heart of our mission to inspire the hairdressing community. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team and create opportunities for growth with our professional beauty clientele. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop store staff to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 
• Sales Excellence: Drive sales by advising clients on professional beauty products and creating tailored business opportunities. 
• Operational Management: Oversee inventory, merchandise reception, and ensure accurate cash management, returns, and credits. 
• Customer Engagement: Implement merchandising strategies, animate promotions, and participate in brand training to stay ahead of trends. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales advisors and colleagues to develop innovative strategies and achieve shared objectives.

We Are Looking For
 You'll thrive in this role if you: 

• Have a DEP completed and experience in sales or customer service. 
• Are passionate about the industry and enjoy working with professional clients. 
• Excel in team leadership, communication, and organization. 
• Are comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 20 lbs). 
• Have proficiency in French and English (an asset) to serve a diverse clientele.
