This position will be full-time, onsite at our Elko, NV Operation. In this role, you will combine maintenance coordination responsibilities with general office and business process support. You'll manage parts and inventory, assist with equipment performance tracking, and provide administrative support for logistics, compliance, and financial processes. This position serves as a critical link between field operations and back-office functions, ensuring smooth communication and accurate data flow. What you'll be doing Coordinate daily objectives with team members and maintain clear communication Manage parts and inventory: order, receive, organize, and verify vendor pricing Maintain cleanliness and organization according to 5S standards Monitor equipment performance and update systems (Geotab, KPI boards, S7 measures) Provide administrative support for logistics, DOT compliance, and financial processes Process data for payroll, billing, AP, and customer invoicing Validate data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems Serve as a liaison between field operations, back-office teams, and customers Assist managers and other coordinators with reporting and workflow tracking Responsibilities may change based on company needs What you'll need High school diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of professional work experience Previous experience in inventory management and office administration Strong computer proficiency (Windows File Explorer, Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers) Current professional experience with Microsoft Excel required Ability to learn new software quickly and work across multiple screens Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to ask productive questions, problem solve, and drive solutions Time management skills (ability to prioritize, be proactive, etc.) A clean driving record Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working with telephones, computers, and other office equipment Ability to reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and walk long distances as part of daily tasks Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs Required to wear personal protective equipment #IND1
