This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days onsite at Home Office and the remainder remote/working from home.

 

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $ 18.75.

 

Customer Experience Intern

 

Start building your career before graduation. As a Customer Experience Intern, you'll gain hands-on business experience while supporting the processes that help Schreiber deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll work alongside teams across Customer Experience, Sales, and Supply Chain, building valuable skills in problem solving, communication, order management, and customer support.

 

What You'll Do

  • Support the Customer Experience team by completing customer support and operational tasks that help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve order exceptions, EDI issues, customer complaints, and consumer inquiries.
  • Support key order management processes, including order changes, ERP updates, and automated order entry solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Order Support, Sales, Quality, Transportation, and Distribution teams to solve problems and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist Customer Experience Analysts in supporting customers by providing information, documentation, and service support.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gain hands-on experience with order-to-cash processes, business systems, and special projects while participating in training and team meetings.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Must have at least three semesters remaining before graduation.
  • Available to work in a hybrid environment at Schreiber's Home Office in Green Bay, WI.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

 

What to expect

  • We'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your class commitments and availability.
  • This is a year-round internship, with approximately 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during school breaks.
  • You'll receive a personalized training plan with regular check-ins to support your learning and development.
  • A dedicated mentor will help answer questions, provide guidance, and support your growth.
  • After training, you'll have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. A company laptop will be provided.
  • Reliable internet access is required for remote work.
  • We offer flexibility during midterms and finals to help you balance school and work responsibilities.
  • Regular one-on-one meetings with your leader will provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to business operations.
