Shred Machine Operator - Primary duties are as follows, responsible for the overall production on the Shred production lines and attached equipment. Efficiently operate the Wrapper and be able to Operate the Scales (be proficient on all shred lines. Understand and be able to properly run the equipment prior to and after the wrapper including, but not limited to, the cutter belt and cheese flow, tumble drum, vibrator pan and outfeed equipment to the autocasing equipment. Follow and maintain all related Process Control Points and Critical Control Points. Facilitate quick change overs; assist in cleaning, emptying trays and tubs, and assisting where needed including helping knockdown and autocasers. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Complete sanitation of production lines. Position will also assist in preventative maintenance on equipment.

Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement outages. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation to produce quality and food safe product. Record accurate data on production reports. Weigh scrap, make trim barrels, weighing trim barrels. Other duties may be assigned.

Chunk Machine Operator - Primary duties are as follows: responsible for the overall production of a chunk production line and associated equipment. Efficiently operate the Wrapper. Follow and maintain all related Process Control Points and Critical Control Points. Facilitate quick change overs; assist in cleaning, emptying trays and tubs, and assisting where needed. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Complete sanitation of production lines. Position will also assist in preventative maintenance on equipment. Will be trained to operate all chunk lines.
