Position Purpose:  (Refer to Position Description guidelines for assistance).

To produce a consistent product that meets our Customer requirements and Schreiber Foods Inc., standards. (To open and inspect all cheese before entering the production line).

Eligibility Requirements:

Must have less than 3% absenteeism at the close of the job bid posting period.

Must not be under current probationary period due to any active disciplinary action.

Must not be under a current bid commitment.

Work with leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety.  Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position.  Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position.  Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product.  Record accurate data on production reports.

Must be able to remove all packaging materials including large plastic coverings and boxes.

Inspect all cheese products, insuring there is no foreign material or mold on the product before it enters the production line.

Must be able to lift and maneuver blocks/boxes of cheese weighing between 30 lb. - 60 lb.  Occasionally lifting blocks of cheese weighing up to 100 lb., while transferring blocks to other lines. This position requires standing and walking 100% of the time.

Must be able to supply the line with a consistent supply of cheese without causing any downtime

Must be able to read and write and possess the basic math skills to complete necessary usage information, insuring accurate accountability.
