The Organizational Effectiveness Analyst designs and continuously improves Organizational Effectiveness (OE) processes and governance across the enterprise, including performance management, talent review, succession, and workforce planning. Applies analytical insight and professional judgment to build scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive consistency across HR processes. Creates and maintains core documentation—including SOPs, templates, governance artifacts, and job descriptions—to enable standardized execution and decision-making. Partners with HR leaders to support adoption, deliver insights, and continuously improve OE processes, operating as an independent contributor responsible for translating strategy into practical, repeatable solutions.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.

  What You Will Do
  • Design and maintain enterprise talent management processes (performance, talent review, succession, workforce planning), including frameworks, timelines, and tools.
  • Partner with HR Business Support (HRBPs) and leaders to drive adoption, ensure readiness, and resolve execution gaps using sound judgment.
  • Establish standards and enable consistent execution through clear process guidance and training.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting that inform organizational health and talent decisions.
  • Interpret data, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Define and refine metrics to measure effectiveness and adoption of OE programs.
  •  Define and enforce standards for job architecture, job profiles, and organizational data, including job descriptions.
  • Lead audit and validation activities, identifying root causes of inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and strengthen governance practices.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, job descriptions, templates, and governance artifacts to standardize OE processes.
  • Establish documentation standards and ensure clarity, usability, and version control.
  • Develop materials that enable HR and leaders to execute processes effectively and consistently.
  • Identify and lead process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality and controls.
  • Execute testing, feedback loops, and enhancements to enable scalable, system-led execution.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and continuous improvement methods to evolve OE processes.

 

What You Need to Succeed Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field required, or
  • Relevant associate degree with equivalent experience required
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, HR operations, process documentation, auditing/controls, or related business support work
  • Experience building reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and translating data into clear summaries
  • Experience with Workday reporting or HR systems and/or continuous improvement methods (Lean) preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical skills, including data validation, trend analysis, and basic statistical reasoning
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or business intelligence tools
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data such as job profiles, org structures, and workforce attributes
  • Ability to clearly document processes and controls (SOPs, job aids, checklists) and maintain version discipline
  • Working understanding of Workday and how data quality impacts downstream processes and reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across HR teams and follow up to close loops
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to support testing, UAT, and adoption readiness
