The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing upgrades and changes to Supply Chain Systems, including Schreiber Logistics. This includes gathering and designing system and reporting requirements, leading user testing, and supporting system stabilization. The role involves daily collaboration with business and IT partners to plan, prioritize, and support initiatives, representing new SFI Logistics business requirements, and managing cross-functional projects. The analyst must demonstrate strong project management skills, effectively manage resources, monitor progress and results, and prioritize work while maintaining a disciplined decision-making strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for supporting upgrades and other system changes impacting Supply Chain Systems, including Schreiber Logistics gather requirements, design system and reporting requirements, lead user testing, and support system stabilization. Collaborate with business and IT partners to plan, prioritize and support initiatives.
  • Represent order management and SFI logistics on cross-functional projects.  Gain project management skills to lead and support projects including but not limited to business propositions, project charters, work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, business process definitions, requirements gathering, communication plans, and test plans. Effectively manage resources. Monitor progress and results. Demonstrate a disciplined decision-making strategy. Prioritize work.
  • Develop knowledge, support end users, and train organization on Supply Chain & Ordering systems (including but limited to: Microsoft Tools (Power Bi Desktop, SharePoint Website creation, Planner, Lists), Oracle POPM, Blue Yonder, The Hive, E2Open) and processes. Understand the order to cash process and system flow to other systems and work groups. Represent Supply Chain and Commercial on cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze supply chain and order data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize tools like Power BI to create reports and dashboards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and order to cash efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with various teams to achieve results while developing individual skills and knowledge to build the overall competence of the team.
  • Recognize trends and identify gaps with existing systems and processes. Identify current system capabilities that are not being utilized to their full potential and work with appropriate groups to improve utilization. Research new system capabilities. Propose projects to improve systems, processes and infrastructure. Initiate change

Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years experience in Project Management, Computer Systems, Order to Cash Experience
