ROLES AND FUNCTION:
1. Oversee and participate in on-the-job and refresher training processes for hourly partners and salaried leaders. Provide quality and consistent training to retain and develop partners.
2. Assist trainers and leaders to maintain updated training documents (Checklists and SOPs.)
3. Assist leaders and trainers in auditing and developing training materials as needed for plant related topics such as: New Hire Orientation, Safety Training, Food Safety Training, OJT Training, Systems Training, New Leader Onboarding, etc.
4. Plan and execute new partner welcome, immersion, and inclusion efforts.
5. Develop, plan and schedule training using Workday Learning Management. Teach plant leaders and partners how to use Workday Learning Management.
6. Coordinate plant Train-the-Trainer Program including certification and recognition.
7. Participate in SPS and plant improvement projects/initiatives .
8. Maintain and report KPIs related to plant training. Provide KPI and training status updates as needed to plant & company leaders.
9. Provide accurate/complete training records and registers for plant & audit inquiries.
10. Work irregular shift hours to support off shifts.
11. Determine appropriate training content, training environment, and delivery method to execute efficient and effective training.
12. Complete HR related projects/duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma: General Curriculum
College : Some college coursework preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Type: Experience as a Trainer and Training Coordinator experience preferred.
Number of Years: 2 Years
Other: Schreiber manufacturing experience in multiple departments preferred.
Workday Learning Management experience preferred.
Experience with training development software
SKILLS:
Verbal and Written Communication
Excellent Organization
Proficiency using Workday/Workday Learning Management
Ability to effectively present to large groups
Computer/Typing Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle)
