As a Rewind Operator, you'll play an important role in our Print Finishing team, ensuring high-quality label production while contributing to a culture focused on teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain CEI rewind equipment.
- Inspect finished labels to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow production specifications and work priorities.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process and Lean improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Preferred
- Previous flexographic printing experience.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
