• We are a critical access hospital with a ten-bed emergency department overseeing 15,000 visits annually.
• We're looking for board-certified/eligible emergency medicine physicians.
• We work alongside Sound's hospital medicine team for a smooth transition.
• Currently, we work 12-hour shifts to allow for a good work-life balance. We're always there to support each other when covering shifts.?We have an APP who works a ten-hour shift per day.
• We see high-acuity patients and admit over 20% of our patients.
• We have access to the following subspecialists: OB, general surgery, peds, and hospital medicine.
• Regular monthly meetings, both remote and in-person, foster engagement and provide a platform for feedback.
• Long-standing relationship with the Carondelet healthcare system.
• Ability to be cross-credentialed at other Carondelet sites
• We offer both 1099 and W2 options for employment.
• W2-employed physicians are eligible for benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
