Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI and ability to sit and pass for CI Poly
- 13+ years of relevant experience in content development, writing, and editing
- Strong proficiency in content management systems and content-related software
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience managing multiple content project with successful, timely delivery under tight deadlines
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience
- Reports to designated work location in Chantilly, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer
Desired Qualifications:
- NRO experience
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools, such as Adobe suite
- Strong presentation skills (oral and written) for senior government managers
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, editing, and management of technical documents, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create clear, audience-focused content that aligns with project goals and Government standards.
- Review, revise, and optimize content for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple content projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and effective resource coordination.
- Work independently on solo assignments, demonstrating initiative and delivering high-quality results with minimal oversight.
- Create and/or coordinate graphics and layouts to visually convey complex information; support large-format printing and display materials.
- Provide event photography support, including retirements, promotions, and official functions, and maintain photo archives.
