We are looking for an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) System Analyst join our team to work as a member of the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering Directorate analysis team in support of Army AMD missions. You will serve as a Test Event Manager (TEM) for Army IBCS integration into the MDA Missile Defense System (MDS). Responsibilities Your day-to-day work as an IFMC TEM will include: 1) Coordinate Army and MDA interoperability and test requirements for IBCS participation in Ground Tests (GTs) and Continuous Development and Integration (CDI) activities, 2) Coordinate IBCS requirements development and management, functional analysis of requirements, traceability and requirements verification and validation for IBCS integration into the MDA MDS, 3) Support management, development, and accreditation activities supporting the MDA GT and CDI activities, 4) Provide IBCS subject matter expertise to verify IBCS's performance during MDA GTs through evaluation of test results to documented requirements and specifications, 5) Participate in CDI and ground test planning meetings to represent IBCS for functionality and lab schedule, 6) Provide IBCS subject matter expertise for participation in MDA technical reviews, baseline management meetings and Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) discussions, 7) Support IBCS and MDS architecture studies and analysis as required via the Joint Analysis Team (JAT), 8) Collaborate with external teams on pre and post-test analysis requirements, 9) Develop documentation such as program plans, analyses, reports, and technical briefings for IFMC SE leadership, and 10) Directly support analysis of Hardware in The Loop (HWIL) and live range testing of current and developmental AMD systems. Some travel to New Mexico will occasionally be required in support of on-site analysis activities of live and HWIL testing. Qualifications At a minimum, you should have: Bachelor's degree 10+ years of combined experience in the following areas: Proficiency with at least one scripting or programming language to assist in requirements analysis and verification tasks Familiarity with AMD and MDA testing concepts with specific system engineering knowledge and experience with one (1) or more of the following systems: IBCS, PATRIOT, THAAD, C2BMC, FAAD, AEGIS, or equivalent Experience in requirements development, analysis, and verification Experience analyzing and verifying requirements; be capable of translating requirements into testable event objectives Experience with test tools, test planning and analysis, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Model Based Systems Engineering Familiarity with Linux operating systems Proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset; proficiency navigating and extracting data from requirements databases and modeling toolsEnthusiasm, independent critical thinking, and a team attitude, as well as the ability to respond to quick turn requests An active SECRET security clearance and be able to maintain it throughout employment
