Comprising over 125 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise in program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), as well as clients in PEO Ships, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR). Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support NAVSEA from SPA's office in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will support the Strategic Communications team across multiple NAVSEA customers including, but not limited to, PEO IWS Front Office and Directorates. Specific responsibilities will include developing strategic communications plans, coordinating across US Navy and partner communication plans, advising leadership on engagement strategies, and proactively addressing public concerns. This is a high-visibility position expected to brief leadership and assist the program in maintaining messaging discipline.
