SPA's Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) comprises more than 100 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, product support, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects in the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Navy's Team Submarine Office. SPA is seeking a Program Analyst to work in our downtown Washington, D.C. office located at 20 M Street, SE. Hybrid work is allowed, but you must have the ability to work at least 3 days per week in the office (on average.)#FC Responsibilities We are seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to provide programmatic support to the I-Stalker program within the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), Above Water Sensors Directorate (IWS 2.0). You will be expected to work with the Government Program Manager to provide programmatic and technical advice, recommendations, and solutions for emerging program issues and topics, recommendations on contract structure and CDRL development, and Milestone documentation development, adjudication, and tracking. You will collaborate with stakeholders across industry and Government to ensure program requirements, capabilities, planning, and development supports program schedules and requirements. You will maintain and update program documentation, including, but not limited to, program schedule(s), organization charts, program status briefings (meeting minutes, action items, etc) and other documentation as required. A hybrid work environment is allowed, but you must have the ability to regularly work on-site in DC (3-4 times per week) and travel up to 10% of the time. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range: $90,000 – $130,000k. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Ability to work onsite near the Washington Navy Yard Bachelor's degree in a related field 3-10 years of relevant experience, including prior active duty Navy experience Demonstrated experience or education in modern software delivery methods Current Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Desired Qualifications: Experience with the US Navy or prior SPA internship experience Familiarity with the DoD Acquisition process
