Comprising over 125 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise in program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), as well as clients in PEO Ships, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR). Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Military Operations Analyst to support NAVSEA from SPA's office in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will support the Strategic Communications team across multiple Navy customers including, but not limited to, PEO IWS Front Office and Directorates. Specific responsibilities will include: Developing robust knowledge management, planning, and analysis tools to streamline strategic communications plans and assess their outcomes in real-time in order to enable Navy customers to actively refine communication approaches across stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Develop strategic plans and technical studies aimed at quantifying infrastructure and operational process improvements. Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for collaboration and improvement across large Navy programs and systems.
