We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution align with Army and FM domain goals and objectives. We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator/Microsoft Power Platform with knowledge and experience in both SharePoint and MS Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) to join our team in supporting the Installation Management Command's (IMCOM) Public Works Systems (PWS). MC Qualifications Required Qualifications: At least 5+ years of relevant experience and a related Bachelor's degree Experience in applying knowledge management practices and procedures Experience in managing records, content, and data in SharePoint and Army 365 Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Apps, Automate, BI). Intermediate to advanced knowledge in all three areas is required. Experience with Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and employ critical thinking within teams and with government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment An active DoD SECRET security clearance, and the ability to maintain these throughout employment Desired Qualifications: Experience providing support to DoD/Army and experience working with and reporting to DoD government leadership Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Apps, Automate, BI) Responsibilities Your day-to-day work will include: The position is responsible for working with government clients to support both SharePoint and Power Platform tasks. This includes creating and managing content types, site columns, lookups, and templates; building scalable site structures; managing alerts; and supporting changes to existing sites. The role also involves developing and managing document libraries, metatags, and other knowledge support requirements, as well as performing SharePoint administration tasks and completing other duties as assigned. Additionally, the position assists in the design, development, and implementation of automated workflows, applications, and reports, along with the integration of Power Platform solutions with SharePoint. Responsibilities also include maintaining deliverables, streamlining business processes as needed, and creating or reviewing technical documentation. The individual will also be expected to develop training materials, provide end-user training and support for SharePoint and Power Platform functionalities and workflows, and facilitate general knowledge transfers among key stakeholders. Salary range 110-140k and is dependent upon candidate experience.
